suresignal v3 upgraded phone need to re-add user

I've upgraded my phone and need to remove and re-add my number for the new mobile to use the suresignal. Because this is the only number registered to the suresignal it does not appear as a user i can remove and re-add, and i do not have access to another vodafone account/phone to add as a temporary user. 

I am also in the loop where my mobile is corporate but vodafone corporate support send me back to my own helpdesk which does not have anything to do with my personal suresignal.

Any ideas??

@snellmark - As you don't have another number to transfer the Sure Signal to, you can just de-register and re-register this online.
