SS not connecting to the internet,Vodafone have already reset and i have reset SS but still unable to connect.

Power light on solid next light flashing,all other lights off.

Hi

 

Tested on a friends system that uses a sky router with the same outcome "didn't connect" can i now have the ss repaired or replaced asap

VF tech phone line level 2 tell me the SS V3 requires 1.5 upload speed.

 

After almost a month I now know that my new V3 is just an expensive paperweight.
