suresignal version 1 lights on but nothing working

my sure signal box hasnt been working for a while.  Ive tried re-registering and doing a reset but still no joy.

Lighs 1, 2 and 4 are light but when calls made nothing else happens.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi greenfg,

 

Can I just start off by apologising for missing your initial replies in October. 

 

Looking at the results you've posted there's nothing amiss with your speedtest results, traceroute or IP details.

 

I've pushed a manual synchronisation through for you to see if that helps your unit contact our servers. To complete the action can you:

 

  1. Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
  2. Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
  3. Once the lights come back on, release the button.
  4. The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.

 

Let me know when it's back up and running. :Smiling:

Thanks for the update. In that case I'm going to have the firmware pushed down to you manually.

 

It's really important that you don't switch off or disconnect the Sure Signal for the next 24 hours while the updates come down. You may see the light sequences change whilst this happens.

 

Once the 24 hours is up, if your phone(s) aren't already connected again, switch them off and on again. The Sure Signal won't need to be reset for this to finish. :Smiling:
