two sure signals

hi i have two sure signals one at work and one ive just registered for home both for the same mob no, why cant i see both on my vodafone account?? ie whe i click on manage my sure signal its ony showing the new one ive just registered? Thanks for any help... Tony.

Just to clarify that the same mobile number is the main user on both Sure Signal’s?

Please could you provide us with both serial numbers to each Sure Signal, so that we can check this?
