unable to add user to sure signal

Have been trying for several days to add a new number to my sure signal but all I get is .........sorry there seems to be a problem,we have a team of techs working hard to get it sorted so pop back later and try again. I have popped back later so many times and nothing has been sorted. When will this problem be sorted?

Hi rozz,

 

I’m not aware of any issues preventing you adding users to your Sure Signal.

 

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies to see if this helps.

 

Also, do you see the same issue with a different browser?

Have tried to add number by using IE, Firefox, Safari, Silk and Chrome but the same message appears each time.  The number has been added to my Family Vodafone so it isnt a problem with the number. Attachment of the message I get each time is attached.

New phone Samsung S5 so clearly a 3G phone but same problem, number added to Sure Signal but no 3G signal from it. Help please.
