unable to register sure signal box

Hi,

I have logged into my vodafone account and tried to register my sure signal box.

It allows me to enter my address and the box serial no, Sure Signal Name and floor number.

whether I press 'add users' or 'submit without adding users' I get the following message:

"Sorry we are not able to process your request because of following errors in your form.
Sorry, we're having a technical problem at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes."

 

I've tried this a number of times yesterday and today.

I have tried this with a PC connected to my router and a laptop with wireless connection.

Operating system is Windows 7, browser is google chrome.

I’m not aware of any issues with the website.

 

I’d suggest you clear your browser cache and cookies and give it another go. Also, do you see the same messages if you try a different browser?

 

If after trying the above, you still can’t register your device then we can certainly help.
