upgrade to nano simm and Sure Signal

Hi, 

Like some other users I have just upgraded my phone to HTC M* and had to change my simm for a nano. No I get no reception from SureSignal. My other phones still work fine.

 

Can it be refreshed or something. I have tried rebooting the sure signam box but no joy.

Hi Agorman

 

Your problem is caused by the SIM swap, the Vodafone servers still have your old ICCID relating to your old SIM.

 

If retarting your Sure Signal has not forced a refresh on of the Vodafone Tech guys on here will have to force and update to your box. From what i know the Vodafone servers force a refresh every night an midnight anyway so if one of the guys dont get to you today it should fix itself by the morning.
