v1 ss not connecting to my blackberry

Hi i have 2 blackberry phones in my house and 1 is connected to the v1 but the other one isnt getting anything, yet i have tried rebooting the box and looking at the settings on the phone but still not getting anywhere, can anybody help me with this, the other blackberry is 3g as we had a v2 not long ago but a storm took it out so got a second hand v1 so dont understand why it isnt connecting to this one.

Can you let me know the Sure Signal serial number so I can check the registration?

Also, can you try to remove the number that’s not working and add it back into the access control list?
