Hi darrennickels

Thanks for your post.

This light sequence indicates the VSS is not active because the location check has failed. Please verify the location is correct to which the VSS is registered. If the location is correct and the symptoms continue please post at the end of this thread with the following information:

Can you also confirm the number you're using to register is a corporate number?

Thanks

Sukhi

hi,

by the location do you mean the postcode? i've put in the one for the building, but does it have to be the same as the one listed with vodafone for my mobile? its a business account we have which runs from a different postcode to the building we need the sure signal in - is this causing an issue?

by the number im using to register, do you mean my mobile? yes, its a corporate phone.

many thanks for your help

Darren

Hi Darren,

The postcode is the one that you use to register the unit and this doesn’t need to be the same as the one on your Vodafone account.

Looking at the details you have provided in your opening post I can see that there is an issue with the IP range not being on our whitelist.

I have requested for this to be added for you so this will help to get things up and running once it has been added.

James

Thanks james -do you knowhow long this will take to be added to the whitelist?

Hi darren,

I'll be honest it can vary from a matter of days to weeks depending on how quickly they can be verified and amended. James will receive an email as soon as it's clear and will update this thread to let you know. Keep an eye out for an alert in your email box to say a post has been left and be sure to have yourself subscribed to this thread using the 'Topic Options' drop down at the top left of this page. :Winking_smiley:
