very poor service

Went in the Boston Lincs shop today only 3 staff  on ,to buy a sure signal device

waited over 20 minutes for attention staff not sure about the product

and then stated none in stock .

Why has the £50 one ben taken of the market ??

To me Vodafone are not caring abouts its customers pushinng out 4g when customers like me

are unable to get 2g  .

i have been a customer for years but after this am seriously thinking about a change to a company that values its customers !!!

will this device work with HTC CHA CHA ??

I'm sorry it took so long to be served in the Boston shop.

The ChaCha will work with the VSS as it's a 3G phone

The 1st version of the VSS has been superseded with the version to and then 3. It's a bit like asking Apple why they stopped selling the iPhone and replacing it with the 3G, 3Gs, 4, 4s and so on.

It's about progression.
