vodafone sure signal v1 not connecting

hi we had a power cut the other day and my sure signal that is connected via a surge protector will not connect to the phone anymore 3 of the 4 lights are permeant green. just the phone one is not lighting up. i did a factory reset last night and also rebooted my router first,then reset the sure signal. didn't work. rest it again same thing. can you help please. my vodafone reception is so bad in my area that is why i am on this forum.

swapped the cables on the internet ports on the virgin super hub seems to be back on line. yey.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

the serial number is 40113703439

 

I have recently moved the sure signal i have gone on to the portal and changed the post code

I have pressed the reset and waited 

The red power light is solid the system light is solid but the phone light is off
