when are you people going to swop out my Sure Signal, been waiting for over a year now! spoke to loads of people on the support line but always I've had tp ring this number and that number! no one has ever phoned me! I going to move away from Vodafone over the treatment over my Sure Signal...,thats my 3 kids, 2 grand kids wife brother etc about 20 people I've convinces to go to Vodafone Graham (Details removed for security)

Please could you check our troubleshooting thread and post in the thread that best matches your symptoms? It would be great if you could also include your VSS serial number for a speedier resolution.
