New Nokia Lumia 800, 2 year old Samsung, I can't get the Nokia to pair with the Samsung, anyone have any ideas why? How else can I transfer my contacts, which are purely phone numbers, I have nothing synced with outlook

Sync the samsung with G-Mail or Windows live mail

then sync the lumina with that

Syncing the Lumina with a cloud service is fairly simple, simply set up the mail box account on the phone and sync contacts,

Getting them from the samsung into the cloud, I don't know, there should be something that does it, try asking on the samsung board
