Re: Nokia Lumia £60 vodafone vouchers

Hi there

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The promotion is valid for those with special codes on the box which as advertised is for the first 10,000 customers, this has been a very popular phone with one of the largest manufacturers.

If you have received the normal box this would be because our allocated number have been sent out, the reason it is kept on our website is so the Terms and Conditions are still available and you can refer to these here.

Although the handsets have been dispatched not all codes have been claimed and these are checked alongside the devices IMEI.

Many Thanks

Re: Nokia Lumia £60 vodafone vouchers

Hi,

A lot of discussion, but I purchased on 2nd Dec (that's the date on my Bill) and today being the 20th that's more that 14 days since purchase and with it getting close to the closing date, when exactly will the website recognise my IMEI?

Cheers

Jonathan

Re: Nokia Lumia £60 vodafone vouchers

As per my posts on here if you are having issues with your IMEI not being recognised then you need to call the support number on the FAQ's 0844 809 0942 for those who are lazy to find it :smileywink: and report there.

Vodafone are not responsible for this part, the site also states it could take up to 30 days to be able to register.

Re: Nokia Lumia £60 vodafone vouchers

I've received my £10 Starbucks card but when I've gone to the Starbucks website to register it (as it says there's daily rewards when registered), it tells me that the card number/pin are invalid. I've tried it in the "check balance" secton too and get the same response, which leads me to believe Nokia/Vodafone haven't activated the card before sending it to me. Has anyone else had this problem?

What can I do about it?!

My £10 Starbucks card number is not working on the website either.
Will have Starbucks check my card when I stop by there later.

Re: Nokia Lumia £60 vodafone vouchers

I cant comment on the card working or not as i have gifted it to someone else (excellent stocking filler) i will get them to try to activate and see what happens. :smileyhappy:

If all else fails give the support number a call that i posted here and see what they say

Re: Nokia Lumia £60 vodafone vouchers

[ Edited ]

I've since been on the phone to Starbucks and they say no money has ever been put on the card. I phoned Nokia, they said phone Vodafone, who I am now on the phone to and the woman on the phone does not have a clue what I am talking about!! This is absolutely ridiculous!

And the phone number on the nokiaamazingeveryday.com site is closed until January 3rd.

Re: Nokia Lumia £60 vodafone vouchers

I do not think there is anything that Vodafone can do as the nokiaamazingeveryday site i imagine is run by an agency which Vodafone/Nokia hire. They would need to be the people you speak too who can get the money loaded or get a new one sent out if required.

Guess its wait until 03/01/2012 :smileysad:

Re: Nokia Lumia £60 vodafone vouchers

This has been infuriating, I got my Nokia delivered on 16th November, I have followed all the instructions and spent hours most weeks trying to solve this, I have posted in these forums and e-mailed both Vodaphone and Nokia with no response.

It says "the code is not valid", I'm assuming that's my IMEI number not my starbucks code.

Please sort it out, very unprofessional and reflects very badly on you when the service prior to this had been excellent.

Re: Nokia Lumia £60 vodafone vouchers

As per the previous posts this is a promotion run in conjunction with Vodafone and Nokia which will be ran by a third party company. The number has been posted on here already but here it is again: 0844 809 0942 . There is nothing that Vodafone can do on your behalf in order to get you the reward you would need to call the number provided (also found on the nokiaamazingeveryday website ) and they will resolve the issues.

They are not open now until 03/01/2012 from what i believe so you are going to have to wait until the new year but i can guarantee if you call Vodafone or Nokia directly you will not get the response that you want and if they try to call on your behalf then they may be met with resistance due to data protection implications as you need to provide personal details when you call up.

It does state on the website that it can take up to 30 days from the day of purchase for you to be able to register so this is also something to take into account but if you call up the number provided they seemed to have got it working for me.

If the starbucks voucher does not work then again give the number provided a call as they are responsible for all of the rewards and should be replacing/fixing the current voucher that you have.

My starbucks card is not working either. Although starbucks (020 8834 505) they told me to ring on Tuesday 2nd and be put through to their corporate business team and they would be able to credit the card for me :smileywink:

Re: Nokia Lumia £60 vodafone vouchers

Has anyone had this issue resolved yet? I rang the amazingeveryday number on Tuesday and they said they'd had a couple of calls from people with the same problem and they'd pass my details through to head office and get back to me either later that day, or on Wednesday, which they didn't, so I rang again yesterday and she said that someone would get back in touch with me about it, but it probably wont be until next week.

None of them sounded overly concerned about it, or indeed overly convincing that they actually were going to do anything about it. I'm thinking the whole thing is just one big con.

Re: Nokia Lumia £60 vodafone vouchers

I have not tested the starbucks card as of yet as i have given it to another person and they have not tested the signup so can not comment on whether or not it is working.

I never received a call back from the team on the number however i am sure if you keep calling them for an update you will be able to find out what is happening.

I take it back, it's not a con, just had a lovely young man on the phone and the £10 is now on my card. Lets just hope the same thing doesn't happen with the other 5 offers!!

Re: Nokia Lumia £60 vodafone vouchers

I purchased my Lumia on 25th Jan, 14 days ago. When I spoke to the sales team on the phone they confirmed the offer to me. having read the thread I guess the first 10,000 were sold long ago and I understand why mine did not come with the code. However to still have this not just available but advertised on the web site I think is very poor.

Re: Nokia Lumia £60 vodafone vouchers

Just ordered the third part of my vouchers now which seems to be a free case, should be enroute soon!

In regards to new offers if it is still being advertised then below is the reason stated by the forum team :smileyhappy:

Has anyone received their phone case as part of this offer yet? I claimed mine on February 10th, and as yet, haven't received it yet.
