Nokia Lumia 710 Phototext Problem

Has anyone with this phone had a problem with sending a photo text?  I can compose the text and attach the photo but it will not send, it just keeps coming up with the message "Try again". 

 

The chap in the shop said that the other 710 in stock had the same problem and that it was a problem with the software.  I cannot find anyone else on the forums with this problem. 

 

Can anyone assist with a solution?
