Hi,

Filled in online form to transfer existing vodafone number to micro sim on Lumia 800 from Blackberry Storm2.

 Quoted up to 15 minutes to complete. Now been nearly five hours!!

Blackberry still active, have restarted both phones, still the same. Help!!

Number transferred and microsim activated overnight. I assume the "fifteen minute" applies during normal business hours??

Anyway sorted now.
