Lumia 822 stuck on Verizon boot screen

I was just taking a screenshot with my 822 and it froze, the rebooted. It's now suck on the Verizon boot logo screen and has been there for 20 minutes. I pulled the battery but the same thing happened when it started back up. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried a hard reset ?

This would typically erase your stored information such as contacts ,pics etc. 

hard reset for Nokia-lumia-822.
