I have a Lumia 550, unable to send / receive MMS

I have spent 1 hour on the phone to tech support from home phone  - no fix

I have spent 1 hour on the phone to tech support via 191 - no fix

I have been into shop - No Fix

It is apparent that MMS is not available on this device and therefore you are mis selling the device.

What can you do to fix this and before you ask about APN settings please dont, I have changed them soo many times with all your engineers and nothing

Thanks

Hi. This sounds like MMS has not been provisioned correctly at account level.

Have you asked them to check this for you?

Hi @ajsb

I understand you've checked settings but can I ask you to double check your Apn Settings.

Also Mobile Data must be turned on to send mms.

Hi

I have done this many times already.

When I spoke to Vodafone they escalated it and could not fix.

So I am really lookig for a Vodafhone representative to pick this up and progress as using this as a nother channel

this is an interesting link, so someone in a shop somewhere in the UK can fix it but Voafone themselves cannot !
