My Vodafone app for iPhone and Android.
I have had awful trouble moving from Orange to Vodafone ... no internet ... unable to update MyVodafone ... unable to use Voicemail.
The first two have at long last been been fixed, but I stlll cannot access or setup Voicemail. All I get is "Sorry, the system is currently unavailable."
I feel this is at the door of Vodafone and I have spent hours waiting for a "chat", or an answer from Customer Services.
All help much appreciated.
Problem fixed using the Chat facility. Very helpful customer service engineer.
