Me & my son upgraded last week in our local Vodafone store me onto a iPhone 6 and him on to a 5S his 5S only receives 3G while mine get 4G

Tried the hard reset & reset the settings and still the same - any other ideas?

Is 4G an option turned on in the iPhone's settings ?

Try swapping around SIM cards to see if you get 4G in his phone. 

This icould help to highlight an issue with his phone or account.
