Acessing National Lottery

I never had this problem before but since the weekend I am no longer able to access the National Lottery site to buy tickets etc. when I am using 3G. It says I am outside the UK and I am in central London. I should say that the content control is off so that is not the reason.

That's strange. I'd imagine the following questions will help the Vodafone team on here diagnose further.

 

  • What iPhone are you using / what iOS
  • Are you using an app or is this via the web browser
  • If it's a web browser which is it + does the problem happen on different browsers? (e.g. Safari, Google)
  • What signal strength is showing on your phone
  • Have you tried rebooting the phone (turning on and off again) to regrister on the network (you can also un-select / re-selecting Vodafone from the phone settings list on the device to update yourself)
