Disappointing experience again...

I went in to the local store on friday as I wanted to see the device in the flesh. Placed the order. Got a text. And a print out from the store. 

 

Then I noticed that my plan hadn't changed over the weekend. I've phoned up now and guess what? My order is lost. I've had to spend more than 30 minutes on the phone re-ordering. And I'm told that my wait time is 4 weeks when in store it was 2-3 weeks.

 

I wonder how many people are suffering the same...

It hadn't actually. The simple fact is the people I spoke to yesterday didn't put the order on. I've had to go in to the store AGAIN today.

 

If it's not sorted this time I will take my business elsewhere. Really poor communication from your company.
