Free BT Wifi

Hi

I recently rejoined vodafone (via carphonewarehouse)
And my tariff plan includes free (BT) Wifi
I've been to places where there's BT Wifi
But I can't connect to them

Vodafone app says just have Wifi on and it will connect automatically
But it doesn't

How do I connect to the free Wifi?

From Vodafone Help page.:

Please remember that you can only connect to and use the inclusive service in BT Wi-fi Premium hotspots. This doesn’t include BT Business or BT FON hotspots, which could either refuse to give you access or charge for it.

I'm not certain which hotspots I was trying to connect

was in a starbucks

and had bad 3G/4G signal

so tried using wifi and saw BTopenzone wifi available

but wont connect

and get asked for login/price plan and such

what should the BT wifi network be called?

are there any settings i need to have on phone or account

got my phone from carphone warehouse,

so don't know if theres some vodafone setting to be set in phone

to be honest

not really that important

as i won't be using it that much

but would be nice to have it in places with bad signal
