Iphone 5s Unlock Procedure

Greetings from Greece.

Recently my father sent me an iphone 5s from the UK, which is currently locked with Vodafone UK carrier. I want to use it with a Vodafone Greece sim card. I contacted the local customer service but they could not help me with the procedure needed to unlock the device. Can you help me with what is needed to do that? Thanks in advance

Unless you know who the previous owner is and can contact them to request they complete the  unlocking form you will need to use the phone for 30 days as a PAYG phone on the Vodafone UK network, after that time you can complete the NUC form and the phone can be unlocked.
