Have you done the sim activation? If so, you'll need to turn your phone off then on again.

When I got my phone on Friday, I activated the sim online and it said it could take up to 24 hours to activate. The next morning it still said no service so I restarted my phone and when it powered back on I had service.
  • Previous phone: iPhone 5 64GB Black Slate
  • Current phone: iPhone 6 Plus 128GB Space Grey
  • Next phone: Possibly the iPhone 7

Phone CS and they should be able to push it through in about 20 minutes - they did that with mine last year.

Hi everyone,

SIM cards can take up to 24 hours to become active on our network and establish a connection.

If after 24 hours, there’s no connection, please let us know.

You can find further SIM activation help here.

Thanks,

Sarah
