Hi I have an MMS charge on my account for sending an iMessage. Vodafone live chat adviser said that this charge will be waived when my bill is generated and that this is normal. I have never seen this before and am not sure why is has appeared?

Are you sure it went as an iMessage and didn't convert to an MMS?

If it was an iMessage it'll be in blue.

In settings I have the option to send as message if iMessage is not available turned off?

In Settings - Messages - I have MMS Messaging toggled to off.

So when you look at the message on your iPhone it's blue and not green?

I don't have the message now but it was blue to start with. It seems it must have converted to a MMS but I thought it couldn't if I had the option off. Thanks for your help.
