This is a community self help forum. You need to call customer services on 191 or use live help on the Vodafone website.

Hi

I'm sorry to hear of your experience.

You will however need to contact Vodaphone via Live Chat and or customer Services via the 'Contact Us ' link at the foot of the forum
Page for the help you need.

You can if not already done so use the Findmyiphone feature to set it as a lost device to lock and remote wipe it etc. more here from  https://support.apple.com/kb/PH2700?locale=en_GB and http://www.apple.com/uk/icloud/find-my-iphone.html

Vodaphone will send you a new SIM card but you may need to re contact them to lift the block on your account they will have activated to protect your account from unauthorised calls and texts and data use before the new SIM card will work.

Hope all goes well. 😎
