No order information at all on iPhone 6

hi,<br><br>I have received no order information at all after my pre order of the iPhone 6, I am not very happy as I was expecting it on the 19th. Please can someone help me sort this out, I will be cancelling my new contract within the 14 days unless a resolution is found. Being with Vodafone for many years now doesn't mean that I will stay on.<br><br>Alex

Dear Jenny, thank you for your help, that link takes me straight to an error page. Oh the irony. Vodafones incompetence confirmed.

Ha ha....that just sums Voadfone up. Brewery, (Removed according to House Rules) arrange, couldn't spring to mind!


Beyond useless and do they understand how frustrated that makes customers feel. I doubt it.

Hi Ben H
I have just spoken to your esteemed colleagues at Vodafone who say there is no record of my order. I have a print out of it from the Vodafone shop where I placed it on Sep 12. I have already sent a copy to your " tech team " who of course have not seen fit to respond.
