Peronal Hotspot Disabled?

I bought a SIM card at Heathrow so I could work while I'm visiting, but when I try to enable my personal HotSpot it doesn't work. It gives me a link to a page that doesn't offer any help at all.

Hi

 

Tethering / hotspot will only work for pay monthly. 

 

If you are then please speak with customer service on 191 or live chat to have the feature turned on.

@buzz27 If you bought a sim at Heathrow it would have been PAYG as there are no Vodafone shops at the airport now.

 

Personal hotspot is not available for PAYG customers.
