Pre order disaster, wrong postcode, wrong phone.....

Ok, VF incompetence just keeps amazing me. Chasing up my pre order which was placed on Friday morning early via 191. I have received no order confirmation. I've been trying to sort this out all weekend. Get through to someone today to find out that the order for that number has been done - albeit not registered to my postcode??? Incorrect phone ordered, incorrect postcode. What on earth is going on? I have been chatting to someone and have now been cut off whilst being transfered!!! They have either incorrectly upgraded someone else on my account but not with my postcode!!! Or someone else has used my number???? Can someone please help and not throug the 48 hour WEB help thing as I'm still waiting from my original query!!!!
