I preordered this morning and now according to chat customer services, my order doesnt exist?

I'd try just re-ordering if I were you - a number of us have had success with this approach, and it will likely get you in the pre-order queue earlier than waiting for a response from the team here.

Absoluely agree, get another order done, seems to be working properly now and sending out confirmations.
