Text messages won't send

My text messages on my iPhone 6 won't send I've got signal and updated my phone but I can't seem to figure out the proplem

May i ask a few questions please ?

Is this in connection to iMessages to other iPhones i.e. Blue bubble. 

Or normal text messages i.e. Green bubble. 

Are you Payg or Pay Monthly. 

Are you adding emoticons or sending long texts which could convert normal texts to mms messages. 

Can you try your SIM card in another phone. 

Does this issue happen everywhere or in one place. 

Does this happen with all your contacts or specific contacts.

As in normal texts and i can't send text messages to any contact on my phone apart from iMessages
