I have had the phone hung up on me several times today I was told i needed to provide proof apple exchanged the iphone on the account we have, and I have emailed you this in order to unlock the phone .And at least twice today you have hung up on me.
With this and the iphone 6 fiasco I serisously dislike your company right now.
This is is by far the worst service i have ever recieved from anybody by far.

Best way is to wait for a member of the tech team to pick up your post here, they will be able to update your account details and get the unlock rolling for you.
