Upgraded to 6 but changed mind & want 6 plus

I preordered a 6 yesterday for my upgrade but have since decided that the better camera and battery on the 6 plus would be better for me. Any idea how I can get Vodafone to change/replace the order? Normally I'd phone them or wander into a store but I'm abroad at the moment and am trying to avoid switching roaming on

Assuming that you are obviously somewhere with internet access as you are posting on here have you tried the vodafone live chat service, theyre normally pretty good

I'd tried chat earlier but it had an estimated wait time of 4 hours. Managed to get through this time with my ipad instead of phone, took a while but all sorted
