Vodafone App - "technical difficulties"

I altered my contract yesterday. Since then the VF app claims it is having "technical difficulties" and will not retreive anything to do with my account. So far I've reinstalled the app and waited a day, but neither approach has fixed things. I am not connected via WiFi.

 

On another phone where the app is working, I was informed that I would be able to find out how much European roaming allowance (on the new European roaming tariff) I have left. I've searched all over the app but can find nothing that gives me this information. It will only tell me my UK data allowance.

 

Anyone got any inspiration for either issue?

I note you say you altered your contract yesterday. 

 

You may need now to wait until your next bill is produced for the App to adjust and work.
