Hi

 

My services have been restricted and I need to contact the Payments Team to arrange a re-payment plan, however as my line is barred I cannot call them or visit a store due to my working hours.

 

Is there anyother way I can contact them? I tried the webchat, but they could not help at all,

You can contact our Customer Services team on 0333 304 0191 from any mobile or landline.

 

They'll be able to help set this up for you.

Sorry I don't have access to a landline, only my mobile. Is there anyother way to contact them? Via email or webchat or?

Live Chat seems to be the only option to keep trying. 

Please be aware if you ask for a repayment programme and Vodafone agree then will possibly be reported on your Credit File.
