Wi-fi calling on iCloud-connected devices

Hey, I have a quick question. I have wi-fi calling set up on my iPhone, and Apple offer wi-fi calling on other iCloud-connected devices even when the iPhone is switched off, for example. See this page for more info 

But this is only for certain carriers. See this page for more info According to this page on Apple's website, Vodafone doesn't support this, but 

this site shows that carriers in the US (e.g. AT&T, T-Mobile) support this. Does Vodafone have any intention to add this feature soon?

Certainly looks to be a very useful feature. 

Unfortunately Vodafone wouldn't divulge things like this. 

Perhaps watching their Blog Site may yield relevant information in time to come. 

Calling Over Wifi with Vodafone is still in its infancy imo and not yet rolled out to all phones that can support the feature so I'm thinking they maybe wouldn't introduce anything like this for a while, if indeed ever.
