iPhone 5c - 2 new sims no network

Hi

I purchased a new iPhone 5c handset and got a new nano sim card from Vodafone. The girl in the Vodafone shop said she'd transferred my number over to the new sim. When I turned the phone on, I was able to restore all my iCloud data to the phone via a wifi connection, but the phone itself said No Network. I waited over 24 hours before taking it back into Vodafone, who then replaced the sim and told me to leave the phone off for half an hour before switching it back on. I left it longer than that, but still No Network. I have tried updating the network connection but I still can't make calls or send/receive messages.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Normally takes upto 72 hours... You can do it yourself by typing in vodafone sim swap in Google. Hope you get it. Sorted 🙂

Keep switching the phone on and off, this speeds things up,

I did a micro - nano sim swap in a store testerday morning and the sim was active in 2-3 minutes.
