iPhone 5s battery life

Not sure which board to post in sorry. I have a iPhone 5s, which is on contract and I pay insurance every month. The battery life on it used to be good, it used to last me all day without needing to be charged. Lately the battery life has been so bad and it wont even last an hour, I have to constantly have my charger on me. The battery drains even if it's just on the lock screen. I haven't changed any settings and I've checked my battery usage and it looks the same as it used to be! Would I be able to have the battery replaced? Is it free? And where can I get it done?

Also another thing, only one charger works on my phone, I have tried others and they just don't work, including official apple chargers and just the cheap chargers. Thanks in advance!!

Hi

If the iPhone is under 12 months old and you have an  store local go there and they'll run a diagnostic on it for you. If they are busy they'll send you a text to return usually the same day or book an appointment via https://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/

 will determine if the battery is at fault.

Here are 's costing https://www.apple.com/uk/support/iphone/repair/battery-power/

In the interim try creating a back up and restoring.

Double click the home button and close down all the apps.
