I have a 64gb iPhone 5s, on a 4G red price plan, with 9GB data. ( unlimited data for first 3 months ) I'm going away for work, and I want to know if there are any extra charges to use the personal hotspur feature to connect to my iPad 2. Am I able to use this as part if my normal usage, or will extra charges be applied?

Hi there

 

There are no extra charges for using a hotspot - you simply use your data allowance.  You will however be charged if you go over your allowance.  Be careful once you are out of your 3 months data test drive period as tethering can chew through your data pretty quickly.
