iPhone 6 app switcher shows one contact flickering in recents - what does this mean?

When i double click my home button and the recents appear along the top of my screen, one of them always flickers, its the same one every time, all the rest are fine. Does this mean something?

I don't believe so.

I've just checked on my iPhone 6 plus and none are flickering.

Try On the iPhone hold down the Sleep/Wake Button and Home button together until the Apple Logo shows. Then On seeing this Apple Logo release both buttons ,and the iPhone will reset , which has been known to clear most glitches.

Also try a restore via iTunes after creating a back up to iCloud and or iTunes.
