iPhone 6 plus exchange/return

Hi

Just need some advice, I got my iPhone 6 plus 3 days ago and I love it.. But I don't like the colour and want to exchange it for gold. What's the best way to go about this? I got it online on the voda site

Hi there

Yes, you can exchange your handset.  As you bought it online, you will need to call 191 and arrange for a return pack.  You'll then have to send the phone back.  Do remember that you will probably have to wait for one in the colour that you want as the stock levels don't appear to be normal at the moment.

The stock is there for the colour I want so it should be easy enough
