iPhone 6S - slide to upgrade?

I go through my set up on my new iPhone 6S and at the end it says slide to upgrade, but then does not let me slide?? Someone help

Is the iPhone on iOS 9.0 and your updating to iOS 9.0.1!.

I'm getting that too. Apple should be very embarrassed by this, it is a huge fail. From what I gather, the published solution does not always work. I will be contacting Vodafone in the morning to complain.
