wrong sim sent with upgrade

My phone upgrade (iPhone 7) arrived today. The sim is a standard sim, not a nano and thus my phone won't work.  What is the most effective and efficient action to take here (already been without a phone for a week).?

Hi

 

If your original sim is a nano then just use that. 

 

If not then please re check the one sent as they are normally multi Sims types where your size pushes out. Then you'll need to do a sim swap as the ones sent are usually blank meaning no number has been assigned to it. 

 

If not any Vodafone high street store can sort this out for you.
