iPhone 4 and 4S

I can now upgrade my contract 190 days early. Im looking for the iphone 4s. Is it possible to talk to someone on the phone or in a shop as I would also like another line for my business phone as I currently have a tmobile pay-as-you-go. I would like the two lines to run at the same time but the iphone4s is too expensive just now and I don't want to wait until end of April to start my business line.
