A question for the moderators??
What is Vodafone's replacement policy if my 4S has just started displaying Dead Pixels??
When I recieved the phone it was perfect, I only just noticed it today so fear it could be a developing problem??

I would contact customer services, first thing in the morning. You might be waiting a while for a reply on the forums Jaayne, the quicker you get through to someone to let them be aware the better, and avoid any hiccups ![]()

Hi Jaayne,
What we can arrange depends on when the handset was received.
If you were within the first seven working days from receipt when you reported this then you'd be able to arrange a straight swap for a replacement handset as soon as we have one in stock.
If it was more than seven working days, then you'd be entitled to our warranty repair service:
How do I arrange a handset repair?
Either way, you aren't going to be left high and dry.
Dave

Hi Jayne,
If it is possible I suggest taking it to an Apple store (make a Genius appointment first), they may well replace it for you there and then. Your warranty is with Apple not Vodafone so using Vodafone's returns may take longer and be less satisfactory.
