iPhone 4 and 4S

i got the 4s on launch day and this week when i make a call i can hardly hear the person im speaking to,its fine on loud speaker, i havnt got insurance so can i get this fixed or would i have to pay??

As long as its not physically damaged u will be covered under your warranty...cs and stores will get it sent away for repair, or if u have an Apple store near u, I believe they will usually just swap it for u

chances are it is just fluff in the earpiece that wants blowing out, that is usually the first port of call for that symptom....hope this helps.
