My cashback hasn't appeared on my November bill either, perhaps we should send the debt collectors round to VF Towers like they wouldnt think twice about if we owed them money....will remember this come renewal time in 11months 😁

To people saying vodafone never said when in november, yes they did, on the little advert that appeared on the right hand side, it said on the bottom that customers will be credited on you're november bill. The main fact that is worrying is vodafone have not moved the goal posts by a week or so, they have moved them by a month, not good enough.

I've just had to pay my bill of £256 today anyway. I was expecting it to be £137 but didn't get the cashback of £59 in time and was charged a £60 early upgrade fee that wasn't mentioned anywhere at all in my online purchase. Ouch!

I have just been billed now my monthly bill, yet no £59 cash back, i would like a mod or admin to look into this, why have we had no explanation into this yet, please help.

So the £59 did not appear in my November bill as stated in the advertised promotion back at the start of October. Can Vodafone confirm that the £59 will come off my December bill and what compensation do I get for having my consumer rights affected for not recieving the cashback in November?

I'm in the same boat. But I'm also waiting for the price difference offer. I pre-ordered it before the price was reduced. In fact have a read of my thread on it all here including a frustrating conversation with the wonderful VF International Call Centre

we were advised that the credits are going on November and December bills.

If, when your December bill comes through, your £59 credit isn't applied do call us up on 191 from your Vodafone handset and raise it with us and we will have your individual case looked into.

Please be patient though, you can probably imagine there are quite a lot of people to go through. Rest assured you will receive your credit!

Hi All

I am like everyone here wondering when I will get my £59 credit, so looked in my bills,  and found that I got mine credited on the october bill, which ofc means I got the money off in my november bill,  so ladies and gentlemen,  they keeping to they word,  so either look in your past bills to see if you got yours already,  or wait a bit longer,  but If I got mine then you should soon have yours.

No £59 cashback as intimated that should have been on this bill, still no-one has sorted the sat nav issue on my other line which is consting me more money (including vat its costing me too) 

Right before Christmas. 

Superb Vodafone, superb. Only a customer of about 7 years who has bought you a few other customers too.

As JohnA's screenshot shows, it said credited in November, not on your November bill, which means they have until midnight Wednesday to do it.

My bill date is the 8th of the month and I didn't get it for my Nov bill but hopefully for my Dec. bill

This is the reply I got from Tom, a Community Mgr here on the forums :-

Hi Chris,

When the prices changed, the £59 bill credit was removed as an offer. For any customers who ordered a package which is now more than £59 cheaper, we'll be refunding the difference as a bill credit on November's bill, as well as the original £59 bill credit. For anyone who ordered a package which is less than £59 cheaper on the new offers, they'll simply get the £59 credit.

In your case, this means you'll get the £59 credit plus the extra difference between the two costs. Based on the numbers you've provided above, the new offer is £125 cheaper, so minus the £59 you'll already get credited, you'll get a further £66 back as well.

Hope that helps and sorry for the previous confusion.

He clearly states "November's bill". My bill shows no credits whatsoever and is being taken out of my account tomorrow. So what'll it be... Watchdog or OFCOM?

Hi guys,

I can understand your concerns here. As per Simon's post here, the credit will either show in your November, or December bill, depending on when you receive your bill in the month.

If anyone hasn't received this by the end of December then please let us know and we'll look into why this hasn't gone on.

Just looked at My Vodafone on my iPhone and it says current balance £-9.39 so my £59 has been credited this afternoon :-)

So if its credited in november, which it should be as that was the agreement, when will it go into our bank accounts, my normally direct debit has gone out, but nothing has gone in. Don't make out that us the customers are the bad guys here, at christmas time, £60 is a lot.
