If you are not happy with the handset you do have 7 days from the date of delivery to return it. This would need to be done via the same channel the order was placed.
If the order was placed online then you would need to contact the V-Store, this is a separate department from ourselves and we are unable to access their systems. You can call them direct on 08448 540 430 or, alternatively email them on v-store@vodafone.co.uk. If it was over the phone please call Customer Service's on 191 to arrange a return bag to be sent out to you.
