According to this page
the hours are as follows
"All our lines are open from 8am-9pm, Monday to Friday (9am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday). We sometimes monitor calls to help improve our service."
Except they are NOT just tried and they are closed - for the weekend
Just want to cancel now - so many lies , misdirection, selective back patting that my company isnt willing to put up with

I completely agree, I want to cancel. So many things have gone wrong and I've only ever got through to very unhelpful people, and that's when I can get through at all. The hours all over the site are lies. See attachment for proof of this. Hours on the BUSINESS contact us page even say open until 8. But they close before I even finish work. There's no time I can contact unless I use my lunch hour. Weekends should be a default.
